Groups & Conferences in Ouray, Colorado
We have hosted hundreds of groups from ski clubs and photo workshops to weddings. Our staff will help you with your lodging, meeting requirements, off site dining, activities and entertainment.
Just a few of the groups we have hosted are Rocky Mountain School of Photography, Mountain Escapes, Friends of Arizona Highways, Chicks With Picks, Colorado 500, Parts Unlimited, County Sheriffs of Colorado, Colorado Public Utilities, Presbytery of Colorado, Young Life, Farm Bureau Insurance, Colorado Association of Landscape Contractors, City of Delta, Western Slope Lions, Colorado School of Mines and Monte Vista Chamber of Commerce.
We can help you with your group or conference planning. It all starts with a phone call or email. Let us know your dates, group size, lodging requirements (i.e., one or two persons per room, etc.) dining requirements, and what kind of facilities you require for your meetings (if any). We’ll help you all along the way with your planning.
The Sun Room
The Ouray Victorian Inn offers the quaint and cheerful Sun Room with its own private entrance for groups of up to 32 people. The room can be set up with a conference table, classroom/theater or with rounds. We can also provide a lectern, projection equipment and refreshment bar. Our staff is delighted to arrange catering for group meetings as well.

The Community Center - The Ouray Community Center (next to City Hall on Sixth Avenue) is available for public use. If you are interested in renting one of the rooms or the whole facility, please contact Sara Sharpe, Community Center Coordinator, at 970-325-7065 or 970-596-5218 (cell).
Fee includes setup and breakdown / cleanup. For multi-day functions, additional cleaning of room and restroom is included.
A cleaning deposit may be required. If liquor is served, a deposit will be required.
Special equipment such as china and glassware. audiovisual, etc. are not included in these fees.
